The UCATS Priority Points System is designed to ensure proper consideration for UCATS members who have shown loyalty over the years; been giving of their time; and provide financial contributions for the betterment of our student-athletes. The purpose of the Priority Points System is to appropriately distribute benefits. It provides a framework for seat assignments (including away games), parking, seat improvements and other special athletics events or activities.

**UCATS Board of Directors reserves the right to award priority points for extraordinary volunteer efforts
Example:
Betty Bearcat has been a UCATS member for five consecutive years and has given $6,000 cumulatively in her lifetime. She earned her bachelor's degree from UC and is a former women's tennis student-athlete. For the current UCATS campaign, Betty has made an undesignated gift of $2,000 and she designated an additional $200 to the tennis program. Betty also gave $1,000 to the College of Engineering and served as a volunteer for the UCATS campaign where she successfully achieved 100% of her assigned goal. Finally, Betty made provisions in her estate to endow a scholarship for $100,000. Betty's point total is as follows:
