For the 2009-10 men's basketball season the UCATS Club will once again be open to all UCATS members. Please take advantage of this unique dining and entertainment venue before and during all Bearcats men's basketball home games. Located in Fifth Third Arena, the UCATS Club is a favorite and provides a unique Bearcats gameday experience. Just present your men's basketball season ticket or name at the elevator or upon arrival to the club.
This two-floor facility was among the first of its kind in a collegiate athletics venue. To this day it remains one of the most distinctive, offering everything from light food and beverages on the 6th floor Herschede Lounge to a full buffet in the Richard E. Lindner Dining Room on the 5th floor.
We recommend reservations for the dining room, although walk-ins will be accommodated if space permits.
The Richard E. Lindner Dining Room - 5th Floor
The Richard E. Lindner Dining Room will feature a full buffet with everything from appetizers to dessert, along with full bar service. The menu will offer a wider variety of options more in line with a sports cafe. Prices range from $15 - $20 for the buffet. Club reservations will only be accepted from members of the George D. Smith Society made 24 hours in advance. All other UCATS members will be seated on a first-come first-served basis. We will once again extend the practice of conducting two sittings, one 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time and another at game time.
The Herschede Lounge - 6th Floor
The Herschede Lounge in the UCATS Club offers full bar service to its patrons. It's the perfect place to enjoy drinks with fellow UCATS members before, during and after the game. The most notable change in the Herschede Lounge from last season is that only light fare food service is available.
Reservations
In an effort to meet the requests of our valued UCATS members, BB Riverboats has agreed to begin accepting dinner reservations to the UCATS Club. For reservations please call Jenny Burns at 859-292-2971 to indicate requested game. If a game falls on a regular business day, reservations must be made five hours in advance of game time; for weekend games reservations should be made by noon on the Friday before the weekend game. Reservations can be made Monday thru Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
