Telephone appointment times will be utilized to complete the seat improvement process. If you request an improvement, you will be notified in writing of the date and time you will be contacted. Appointment times will be assigned by priority points within your pledged giving level. Our method of contact will be by phone. However, if you, or your proxy, are unavailable at the predetermined appointment time, your place in the seat improvement process will be forfeited.

There is no guarantee that seats in your desired location will become available. Also, if requesting a seat improvement this form must be submitted by July 15, 2008 for consideration.
